“Conquer the Giants of the Himalayas – Adventure Above the Clouds”
The 7-Day Fairy Meadows, Jilipur, and Buldar Peak Expedition is one of Pakistan’s most rewarding mountain adventures, combining scenic trekking, high-altitude climbing, and unforgettable views of the mighty Nanga Parbat, the world’s ninth-highest mountain. This expedition takes travelers through some of the most spectacular landscapes in the Himalayas, from lush alpine meadows and dense pine forests to glaciers and rugged mountain ridges.
The journey begins at Fairy Meadows, often called one of the most beautiful camping destinations in the world. Surrounded by green pastures and ancient forests, it offers breathtaking panoramas of Nanga Parbat’s snow-covered face. The trek to Jilipur High Camp and the ascent of Jilipur Peak (5,245m) provide an excellent introduction to high-altitude mountaineering, rewarding climbers with magnificent views of the surrounding Himalayan ranges.
The expedition becomes even more adventurous with the trek to Nanga Parbat Base Camp and the climb of Buldar Peak (5,602m). Standing atop Buldar Peak is an extraordinary achievement, offering a sense of accomplishment and a panoramic view of glaciers, deep valleys, and towering peaks.
This tour is ideal for adventure seekers, photographers, nature lovers, and mountaineering enthusiasts. Beyond the physical challenge, it provides an opportunity to experience the pristine beauty of Pakistan’s northern mountains, camp under star-filled skies, and disconnect from modern life. Meet in Gilgit and drive to Raikot Bridge approximately 2 and a half hours & switch over to the jeep for Tato village, a drive of approx. 90 minutes. After a short break at Tato for packed lunch, start hiking for Fairy Meadows, which will take approx. 3 hours. On arrival, we will stay in log cabins. Dinner & night stay at Fairy Meadows (altitude 3300m)
After breakfast, we will hike 2 hours to Beyal Camp (3500 m), which serves as the kick-off point for Jilipur & Buldar and Nanga Parbat peaks. After an early lunch at Beyal Camp, we will further hike 4 hours up to the high camp of Jilipur Peak. Dinner & night stay in tents at Jilipur High Camp (altitude 4535m night temperature around -5 Centigrade)
After an early breakfast we will depart at 05:00 am to climb Jilipur Peak (North-5245 meters) which will take 3 hours and the return walk down to Beyal Camp will take us 3 to 4 hours. Meals while trekking & camping – night stay in tents
We will hike 2 hours to the base camp of Nanga Parbat (3967m) and further trek in 3 hours to the base camp of Buldar Peak across the Raikot glacier. Meals while trekking & camping – night in tents. Buldar High Camp altitude 4680m and night temperature between -5 to -10 Centigrade
Early morning at 04:00 am start climbing for Buldar Peak (5602 meters), which will take 4 to 5 hours. After the summit, descend to Beyal Camp which will take 4 hours. Meals while trekking & camping – night stay in tents
After breakfast, we will walk back to Fairy Meadows to stay in log cabins and unwind from our expedition. Meals & night stay in log cabins
Today start early in the morning at 6 am to walk down to Tatto, where Jeeps will be waiting to take you down to Raikot Bridge. You will join the camp staff for return to Gilgit in the camp staff vehicle.
