After breakfast, visit the beautiful Chitral Gol National Park, one of Pakistan’s most important wildlife sanctuaries.

The park is renowned for its thriving population of the magnificent Markhor, Pakistan’s national animal. During the rutting season, visitors often witness dramatic displays between competing males. The park is also home to Himalayan wildlife including musk deer, foxes, numerous bird species, and, on exceptionally rare occasions, the elusive Snow Leopard.

In the afternoon, explore the historic Chitral Fort, overlooking the Chitral River, followed by a visit to the elegant Shahi Mosque (Royal Mosque).

Later, enjoy a leisurely walk through the traditional Chitral Bazaar, where colourful handicrafts, wool products, gemstones, dry fruits, and local culture create a vibrant atmosphere reminiscent of the ancient Silk Route.
